What a published release contains
Each release names the studio, states the news, and lists the facts the studio supplied: the game, the platforms, the price, and the place to get it. A press contact is on the page. Review copies are mentioned only when the studio offers them.
Who checks submissions
Editors confirm that the headline, fact sheet, and body describe the same news, that the links go to official destinations, and that the copy is in English. They can ask for changes or take a live release down, and they record why.
